On Site And Contract Administration

The practice has years of site experience gained from administering the contracts of many jobs. We can prepare tender documents, obtain and analyse tenders from contractors, prepare contract documents for execution and carry out administration of contract matters during the construction phase, including valuations, certification and dealing with all financial aspects of a project.

Energy Assessments

As part of the performance rating data required by Local Authority Building Control for new builds, we are able to offer accredited Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) calculations produced in-house. Upon completion we are also able to produce in-house accredited Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s), which now have to be displayed within new buildings.
